The whole Johannesburg was so much noisy with the opening ceremony of FIFA World Cup 2010. Johannesburg gave the perfect start to the mega event but now it depends on all qualified teams that how they make the event the most successful event of the century. Now the competition was among South Africa, Morocco and Egypt but after voting, an announcement took place by FIFA president on 15th of May 2004 that the FIFA World Cup 2010 will be hosted by South Africa as it had gotten maximum number of votes. Since that time South Africa never looked behind and started to implement all it’s planning to make the show successful. New stadiums were constructed, old stadiums, roads, hotels and restaurants were renovated and now the time came for South Africa to show results of all its efforts.

During 2006 and 2007 different rumors were started to circulate that the FIFA World Cup 2010 can be move to any other country because most of the experts gave their suspicious analysis on the preparations of South Africa. However, the officials of FIFA were continuously showing their trust on South Africa and then the time came the most of the search engines were used to search cheap flights to South Africa as the event was on its time.
